Yes, we offer FREE DOMESTIC refunds and exchanges within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, items must be returned in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
Final Sale items and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
We have a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item(s) to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, item(s) must be in the same condition as received: unworn, unused, with tags attached, and inside the original barcoded bag. The original bag must also be intact.
Proof of purchase or receipt is required.
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately (within 5 days) if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Note that we are not responsible for lost or damaged return packages during transit.
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Nik&DELLE is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Yes. All sale, discounted, promotional, and clearance items are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
Yes. We offer exchanges for eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Exchanges are not guaranteed until the original item is received and processed by our team.
Please note that items may sell out before your exchange is completed.
To guarantee availability of a specific item or size, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item separately.
